At about 16:45 on 10/3 I went in to cash an EFS check. The young man sent me away and I was told there was something wrong with the check, and he didn't know what. He didn't try to solve the problem, but he was quick to say he didn't know. It cashed fine at a convenience store. Perhaps he needs to work there.

VERY LAZY AND LONG WAIT TIME! Great when you sign up for an account, but they always have a long line and a long wait. Employees sit in the back room while you wait in a long line. Forget trying to get a new card or reset a password. I opened a second account where I have been doing my business until they want to start helping us!
